Application scope:
Pressure: Absolute pressure 9.87X10-2MPa ~ gauge pressure 1.6MPa Temperature: ≤ 80oC in the sealed cavity , -20 ~ 200oC in the reactor Speed: ≤ 500rpm Working conditions: flammable, explosive, toxic, and highly corrosive gas.
Structural features:
The installation size conforms to HG21571-95 "Agitating Transmission Device - Mechanical Seal " 2001 ~ 2008 , type: HG2098-91 series.
This product has a radial double-end and a static structure. Due to the isolation air flow (sealing liquid) flowing into the sealed cavity, the pressure is higher than the pressure of the medium in the reactor, thereby preventing the medium from leaking. This structure in the case of a large swing of the stirring shaft still guarantees a good seal, and is suitable for glass-lined and various corrosion-resistant stirring shaft seals.
Suitable for sealing of various stirring shafts such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.
